7. Billing, Payments & Refunds

By using our services, you authorize StarSprout Reviews to send automated SMS messages on behalf of your business to your customers.
These messages may include:

Optional marketing messages (if customer consent has been collected)
Support or verification messages (e.g., 2FA)
Message frequency may vary depending on campaign settings.
Message & data rates may apply based on your customer's mobile plan.
Customers can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to an SMS message.
Customers can reply "HELP" for assistance.

10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you via email or in your dashboard. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new Terms.
